The "Westbalt Group" group of companies implements investment projects on the construction and selling of residential real estate in Latvia, Russia and Bulgaria.

The following companies are included in the Group: the Limited Liability Company "Westbalt Group", the Limited Liability Company "Westbalt Property" and the Limited Liability Company "Westbalt Housing".

The "Westbalt Property" company is an investor and a developer of residential compounds in Jūrmala, Riga, Saulkrasti, as well as in other regions of Latvia; it offers its clients elite and business class apartments, plots and investment projects.

The "Westbalt Housing" company is a developer and a general contractor of the elite residential compound "Jūrmala Residence", at 50/52 Strēlnieku Avenue, Jaundubulti, Jūrmala. The residential compound, which consists of two three-storeyed buildings with an attic floor and an underground parking, will be put in commission in September of 2011.

The "Westbalt Group" company is an investment company, which specializes in attracting investments and financing to the projects of the Group.
